ʼŌraḥ Qaḏəmōnī is a modern path that draws from ancient sources, the sources upon which Judaism, Christianity, and, to an extent, Islam were founded. It is a revival of an ancient Israelite lifestyle, updated for modernity. Through archaeology, textual scholarship, personal exploration, and educated conjecture, we revive ʼŌraḥ Qaḏəmōnī using the three Rs. No, not “reduce, reuse, and recycle,” but “restore, reconstruct, and renew.” We restore what we can from extant original sources, reconstruct things on which information is scant or only hinted at, and renew as much as we need to in order to allow the path to flow as a modern lifestyle. Academic scholarship is always at the core of all revivalist attempts, and years of research go into each facet of creating ʼŌraḥ Qaḏəmōnī.
